Manulife class action

The trial is scheduled to commence April 11, 2011 for eight weeks.

The Ontario Class Proceedings Fund ("Fund") approved the plaintiffs' application for funding of disbursements in the class action. As required by Ontario law, the Fund will receive 10% of the recovery of the Class plus any expenses that the Fund has paid for the prosecution of the action.

Mr. Justice Nordheimer certified the action as a class proceeding.
